Heritage Poultry Breeders Matt Hemmer and Karen Johnston will discuss their approaches to making final breeder selections. This program is part 2 of the session they led titled "Selecting Next Year's Breeding Stock," which focused on culling and initial breeder selection.

Making the final breeder selection evaluates the quality of the individual birds that have survived the culling and initial selection criteria. They will discuss the tools and the process to final selections and be available to answer your live questions. 

The livestream will be divided into two parts: a presentation and a Q&A. 

This is a live training and question session that is available for members. If you want to participate live, you need be a member of APPPA. When you register use the email address associated with your membership.

You only need a web browser and an internet connection to join us. If you can watch YouTube videos, you're all set.
